Michelle holds a bachelor's in science from the University of Vermont and furthered her education at Norwich University, building a strong scientific foundation that shapes every product she creates. Her expertise spans natural personal care formulation, regulatory compliance, and product development — knowledge she's honed over years of hands-on work in the industry, including her role as Chief Product Development Officer at Vermont Soap Company, where she develops soap, body care, and skincare formulations that meet rigorous USDA Organic and NOFA/VOF certification standards.
